BeyoundExtra Tech Pvt Ltd (“Beyound”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a leading payments and financial technology company that facilitates wallet load transactions (via credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI) into a digital wallet and onward bank transfers to beneficiaries. We are committed to providing our users with a seamless and secure payment experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested for transactions made via the Beyound Wallet Service.
-
Scope
-
This policy applies exclusively to transactions initiated through Beyound’s Wallet Service, including:
-
Load Transactions: Transferring money from a credit card into the Beyound Wallet.
-
Transfer Transactions: Sending money from the Beyound Wallet to a beneficiary’s bank account.
-
Cancellation Policy
-
Eligibility for Cancellation
-
Cancellations may only be requested if the transaction fails. A transaction failure may occur due to various reasons, such as payment gateway issues, technical errors, insufficient credit limit, incorrect beneficiary details (for transfers), or other unforeseen circumstances during the process.
-
Once a load transaction is successfully completed and the funds have been credited to your Beyound Wallet, cancellations will not be accepted.
-
Once a transfer transaction is successfully completed and the funds have been credited to the beneficiary’s bank account, cancellations will not be accepted.
-
Requesting a Cancellation
-
Cancellations must be initiated only by calling our customer service team at the number provided below. Our customer service team is available to assist you with the cancellation process.
-
Requests made via email, social media, or other means will not be considered valid for cancellation purposes. Only phone calls to our customer service team will be processed.
-
Payment Gateway Charges
-
In the event of a cancellation due to transaction failure, payment gateway charges and applicable taxes will not be refunded. These charges are retained by the payment gateway provider and are non-refundable.
-
No Cancellations for Successful Transactions
-
No cancellations are available for successful load or transfer transactions. Once a load is credited to your wallet or a transfer is credited to the beneficiary, you cannot reverse the transaction through Beyound.
-
Refund Policy
-
Eligibility for Refund
-
For Failed Loads: If a load transaction fails (i.e., your credit card is debited but funds are not credited to your Beyound Wallet within a reasonable time, typically 3 business days), you are eligible for a refund.
-
For Failed Transfers: If a transfer transaction fails (i.e., funds are deducted from your wallet but not credited to the beneficiary’s bank account within a reasonable time), you are eligible for a refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to your Beyound Wallet balance (not to your credit card).
-
The refund will be processed to the original source for failed loads, to your credit card and for failed transfers, back to your Beyound Wallet.
-
Exclusion of Payment Gateway Charges
Refunds for failed loads will exclude any payment gateway charges and taxes imposed by the payment gateway or card network. These charges are non-refundable and will not be returned to you.
-
Processing of Refunds
-
Refunds will be initiated by Beyound only after the cancellation request has been confirmed via phone, or after an internal investigation confirms the failure.
-
For failed loads: Refund to credit card may take 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer.
-
For failed transfers: Refund to wallet balance will be processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
-
The refunded amount will reflect only the original transaction amount minus any non-refundable charges.
-
No Refunds for Successful Transactions
-
Once a load is successfully credited to your wallet, no refund will be issued. You may use the wallet balance for transfers.
-
Once a transfer is successfully credited to the beneficiary’s bank account, no refund will be issued. You must seek recovery directly from the beneficiary.
-
Special Considerations for Wallet Transactions
-
Duplicate Loads: If you accidentally load the same amount twice from your credit card, you cannot cancel the second load once it is credited to your wallet. You may use the duplicate balance for transfers, but Beyound will not reverse it.
-
Incorrect Beneficiary Details (Transfers): If you enter an incorrect bank account number or IFSC code and the transfer is successfully processed (i.e., funds leave your wallet), Beyound cannot cancel or reverse it. You must contact the unintended recipient or your bank. Cancellation is only possible if the transaction fails.
-
Transfer to Self (Cash-out Attempt): Beyound prohibits transferring wallet funds to your own bank account or any account that would effectively convert wallet funds to cash. Such attempts will be blocked. If erroneously processed, Beyound reserves the right to reverse the transaction without your consent.
-
Wallet Balance After Account Closure: If you close your wallet account, any remaining balance will be refunded to your original credit card (minus applicable charges) within 30 days, subject to compliance verification. This is not a cancellation but a post-closure settlement.
-
Video KYC Failure: If you fail Video KYC, your wallet will not be activated, and any load amounts will be refunded to your credit card (minus gateway charges). This is treated as a failed load.
