Beyound T20 League Prediction Contest – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the “Beyound T20 League Prediction Contest” (the “Contest”) conducted by BeyoundExtra Tech Private Limited (“Beyound”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST.
ELIGIBILITY
Age Requirement:
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Beyound Account:
You must have a valid, active Beyound user account. Your account must be in good standing and not suspended, terminated, or otherwise restricted.
Employee Exclusion:
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Beyound, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
NO PURCHASE / NO PAYMENT REQUIRED
Entry is Free:
Participation in the Contest is completely free. You are not required to make any purchase, transaction, deposit, or payment of any kind to enter, participate, or win.
No Purchase Necessary:
Making a transaction on the Beyound platform does not increase your chances of winning. Participation is independent of any financial transaction.
HOW THE CONTEST WORKS
Prediction Window:
For each match, the Contest will open for predictions at 12:00:01 AM (IST) on the day of the match and will close 5 minutes before the match begins. No predictions will be accepted after the deadline.
Making a Prediction:
Eligible users can log in to the Beyound app, navigate to the Contest section, and select the team they believe will win the scheduled match. Each user is limited to one (1) prediction per match.
Correct Prediction Reward:
If the user correctly predicts the winning team, they will receive Super Cash equal to the number of runs scored by the winning team in that match (e.g., if the winning team scores 185 runs, the user receives 185 Super Cash points). Rewards are calculated based on the official scorecard published by the league.
Incorrect Prediction:
If the user predicts incorrectly, no Super Cash is awarded. No user cash, balance, or other value is deducted.
Crediting Rewards: Super Cash will be credited to the user’s Beyound wallet within one (1) hour of the official match result being declared. In case of a technical delay, Beyound reserves the right to credit within a reasonable time.
LEADERBOARD
How the Leaderboard Works: A cumulative leaderboard tracks each eligible user’s total Super Cash earned across all matches in the Contest period. Users are ranked in descending order of total Super Cash earned.
Viewing Your Rank: Users can view the current top rankings as well as their own rank at any time within the Contest section of the Beyound app.
Tiebreaker: In the event of a tie in total Super Cash earned, the user with the higher number of correct predictions will be ranked higher. If both total Super Cash and number of correct predictions are equal, the user who made their first correct prediction earlier (by timestamp) will be ranked higher.
LEADERBOARD PRIZES
The top 10 users on the final leaderboard at the close of the Contest will receive the following prizes in addition to any Super Cash earned:
- 1st Place: ₹299/month Beyound subscription — for 12 months
- 2nd Place: ₹299/month Beyound subscription — for 9 months
- 3rd Place: ₹299/month Beyound subscription — for 6 months
- 4th Place: ₹299/month Beyound subscription — for 3 months
- 5th Place: ₹299/month Beyound subscription — for 2 months
- 6th–10th Place: ₹299/month Beyound subscription — for 1 month
Prize Crediting: Subscription prizes will be credited to the winner’s Beyound account within seven (7) business days of the Contest closing date, subject to eligibility verification.
Eligibility for Prizes: To be eligible for a leaderboard prize, the user must have a valid, active Beyound account at the time of prize distribution. Disqualified users forfeit any leaderboard prizes.
No Cash Equivalent: Leaderboard prizes are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for money.
SUPER CASH – TERMS OF USE
Non-Cash, Non-Withdrawable:
Super Cash is a non-redeemable, non-transferable, promotional voucher. It has no cash value and cannot be:
- Converted, exchanged, or withdrawn as money;
- Transferred to another user or account;
- Used for any purpose other than as a discount toward eligible transactions on the Beyound platform.
Expiration:
Super Cash awarded under this Contest will expire twenty-four (24) hours after the time it is credited to the user’s wallet. Any unused Super Cash after the expiration period will automatically be forfeited without any compensation.
Application of Discount:
Super Cash can be applied toward eligible bills or transactions on the Beyound platform (e.g., rent, education fees, utilities) at the time of payment. It cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted.
No Substitution:
Beyound reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Super Cash reward structure at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Modification / Cancellation:
Beyound reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or any part thereof if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Beyound in its sole discretion.
Technical Issues:
Beyound is not responsible for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
Fraud and Abuse:
If Beyound determines that a user has attempted to manipulate the Contest, used automated scripts, multiple accounts, or otherwise violated these Terms, Beyound may disqualify the user, void any Super Cash awarded, and suspend or terminate the user’s Beyound account.
Taxes:
Any tax liability arising from the receipt or use of Super Cash is the sole responsibility of the user. Beyound makes no representations regarding tax treatment of rewards.
Right to Verify:
Beyound reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Super Cash.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No Guarantee:
The Contest is provided “as is” and “as available.” Beyound makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or functionality of the Contest.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyound, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Contest or the use of Super Cash, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure:
Beyound shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, civil unrest, government orders, internet outages, or technical failures.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in connection with the Contest are the property of their respective owners.
GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Grievance Redressal:
Any questions or complaints regarding the Contest may be directed to Beyound’s grievance officer at support@beyound.in. Beyound will endeavor to resolve grievances within a reasonable time.
MISCELLANEOUS
Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Beyound regarding the Contest and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver:
Failure by Beyound to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Changes to Terms:
Beyound reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Contest after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By participating in the Beyound T20 League Prediction Contest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
