Beyound Leaderboard Promotion – Terms & Conditions (1–31 May 2026)
1. Promotion Period
From 1 May 2026 (00:00 IST) to 31 May 2026 (23:59 IST).
2. Who Can Participate?
2.1. You must be a registered Beyound user with a verified account.
2.2. You must make at least one bill payment (credit card bill or compulsory bill payment) during the promotion period to be eligible for any prize.
2.3. The promotion is open only to individual users (not businesses or merchants) in India.
3. How Does the Leaderboard Work?
During the promotion period, you will earn points equal to the total value (in ₹) of all bill payments you make on the Beyound app.
3.1. Only credit card bill payments and compulsory bill payments (e.g., electricity, water, gas, broadband, postpaid mobile) count.
3.2. Other transactions (e.g., rent, education fees, money transfers) do not count.
You will be ranked on the leaderboard based on your total points. (Higher points = higher rank.)
4. How Referrals Help You Climb the Leaderboard
You can increase your rank by inviting your friends and family to join Beyound and make bill payments.
4.1. When a friend or family member you referred makes a bill payment (credit card or compulsory bill), their payment value is added to your points on the leaderboard.
Example: You pay ₹5,000 in bills. Your friend pays ₹10,000 in bills. Your total leaderboard points become ₹15,000.
4.2. Your friends and family must use your unique referral code/link when they sign up or make their first payment.
4.3. There is no limit on how many friends and family you can refer. Every eligible bill payment they make during the promotion period will add to your total.
Note: Your friends and family also get their own independent rank on the leaderboard (based only on their own payments). Referring them does not reduce their points, it only adds to yours.
5. Prizes for the Winners
At the end of 31 May 2026, the top 10 users on the leaderboard will win:
- 1st: Mahindra Thar (model variant as determined by Beyound)
- 2nd: iPhone 17 Pro Max
- 3rd: Apple Watch Series 11
- 4th–10th: Prizes will be disclosed in the Beyound app during the promotion period
Important:
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product, except as provided in Clause 7 (Tie-breaking rule).
- In case of a tie where cash equivalent is awarded instead of a physical prize, the mandatory social media post (Clause 6) still applies.
- Prizes for ranks 4–10 are also subject to the tie-breaking rules in Clause 7.
- Beyound will contact winners via registered email/phone. Delivery timelines may vary based on availability.
- Taxes (including GST, income tax, or any other applicable levy) are solely your responsibility. Beyound may deduct tax at source if required by law.
6. Mandatory Social Media Post to Claim Your Prize
6.1. To be eligible to receive any prize, you must make a public social media post on Instagram, Facebook, or X (Twitter) within 7 days of being announced as a winner. The post must:
6.1.1. Tag @beyound (or Beyound’s official handle for that platform)
6.1.2. Mention that you won the Beyound Leaderboard Promotion
6.1.3. Remain public for at least 30 days
6.2. Failure to make the required post will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Beyound may award it to the next eligible user.
This requirement also applies to winners receiving a cash equivalent due to a tie.
7. Tie-Breaking Rule
7.1. If two or more users have the same total points:
7.1.1. Tie-breaker by referrals If two or more users have the same total points, the user with the higher number of successful referrals (i.e., referred users who made at least one qualifying bill payment during the promotion period) will be ranked above the others. If the referral count is also tied, then the tie shall be resolved under the cash pooling rules below.
7.1.2. Tie for 1st place The cash equivalent of the 1st and 2nd prizes (combined) is split equally among tied users. The 3rd prize is awarded to the next eligible user not involved in the tie.
7.1.3. Tie for any other rank (e.g., 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.) The cash equivalent of that rank and the immediate lower rank (e.g., 2nd+3rd, 4th+5th, 9th+10th) is combined and split equally among tied users.
- Higher ranks unaffected by the tie are awarded normally
- Lower ranks continue normally unless further ties occur
If there is a tie for the last prize rank, only that rank’s prize value is split equally.
7.2. No physical prizes are awarded for pooled ranks—only cash equivalents.
7.3. Cash equivalent values for all prizes (including ranks 4–10) are determined solely by Beyound.
8. Fair Play & Fraud Prevention
8.1. Only genuine bill payments made through Beyound count. Self-transfers, circular payments, or artificially inflated transactions will be disqualified.
8.2. Beyound reserves the right to verify any transaction and exclude it if fraud or abuse is suspected.
8.3. If you manipulate the leaderboard (e.g., fake accounts, bots, collusion), you will be disqualified and your account may be suspended.
9. General Conditions
9.1. Beyound employees, their family members, and affiliates are not eligible.
9.2. Beyound reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required due to technical, regulatory, or fraud-related reasons. Any declared winners will still be honored if the promotion ends early.
9.3. By participating, you agree to these terms. Beyound’s decisions regarding leaderboard rankings, winners, and disqualification are final.
9.4. Beyound’s determination of the cash equivalent value of any prize is final and binding and cannot be disputed.
