Welcome to Beyound BBPS Payments, a service provided by BeyoundExtra Tech Pvt Ltd (“Beyound”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beyound platform solely for the purpose of making credit card payments for bills through the Bharat Bill Payment System (“BBPS”) operated by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) (the “BBPS Payment Services”). By using the BBPS Payment Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the BBPS Payment Services.
-
Our Role
-
Beyound is a technology platform that enables registered users (“Payers”) to make credit card payments for bills (such as electricity, water, gas, DTH, mobile postpaid, broadband, insurance premiums, loan EMIs, and other eligible categories) via the BBPS infrastructure. Beyound is a BBPS-enabled entity and integrates with NPCI’s BBPS to facilitate bill presentment, payment, and confirmation.
-
We do not provide banking, lending, credit underwriting, financial advisory, or utility services. Our role is strictly that of a payment facilitator and bill aggregation intermediary.
-
When you use the BBPS Payment Services, you confirm that:
-
You are the legitimate bill payer for the bill you are attempting to pay.
-
All information you provide (biller category, biller name, consumer number / customer ID, and payment amount) is accurate and complete.
-
You have the authority to make the payment using the credit card you provide.
-
Beyound does not verify or validate the accuracy of the bill details supplied by the biller or by you, nor does it guarantee the correctness of bill amounts fetched through BBPS. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that the payment is made to the correct biller and for the correct amount.

Reverse or recover such excess or wrongful amounts without your consent; and

Suspend or place future payments on hold until the recovery is completed.
